Rooms good size and clean
Booked for 4 nights as got impression hotel on beach, not true have to cross busy road and walk down then when you get to beach there is no sun loungers for you. Left after 1 night and no refund given as was booked via website they told me and couldnt refund. Overall v poor

Nothing
Torn sheets and pillow cases. Booked for 5 nights and had to pay in full - stayed one night only. Disgusting experience. Shower is above the toilet and bathroom is decrepit and in need of a rebuild.

Even if not in the center of chaweng, close to the beach

Good location, female recepionist was extremely helpful and friendly, but other staff not as helpful.
Hotel is advertised as 24 hr, this is not true, staff finish about 8.30, our electricity went on the 1st night, no one on reception to help, this was at 11.30. Had numerous issues with electricity during our stay, aircon worked when it wanted. Room wasn't cleaned in 4 days. Wifi is supposed to work in reception and rooms, it only works at reception.

Conveniently located in a cozy area, this place is peaceful and close to shopping centers and a market. the room is spacious and has great amenities like air conditioning and a hairdryer. 🛍️

Good little hotel, perfect fit for our needs.
The property seemed fairly clean and the room was spotless. The setting was quite good and unbeatable within easy reach of Chaweng Beach. There was a great restaurant, a shopping area and a market next door.

Fairly clean hotel. Delicious and great breakfast. The location is excellent, just next door to a store, the beach, and the main street.
